…because Photography is my Creativity

I was a little bit weary for a bit today and didn’t feel much up to searching through a lot of flickr photos.

So I almost did not post my favorite flickr photo of the day. It’s a good thing I came across this one when I did. It is excellent. It is actually taken by one of the photographers I have already posted. It was just too good of a shot to not share though. I was pretty excited when I saw this photographer’s set of hummingbirds. Those are one of my favorite birds! Plus, they always seem so difficult to catch in a good photograph because they are so quick. This one is a really swell shot of a hummingbird! The focus is great, and the exposure is too! No distractions in the background because it is faded nicely. All around, to me, it’s just awesome. I love hummingbirds!

For my favorite flickr photo of the day, I chose something that stood out to me for the season. Since it is October when fall and harvest is upon most of us, I figured it was fitting.

I like the pattern and color. The grooves in each pumpkin show up excellently as well.

My apologies for not posting yesterday. However, Saturdays are my rest days and I don’t get on the computer for the most part. So just a heads up that I typically won’t post my Flickr Photo of the Day on Saturdays.

I’m enjoying my “photo viewing journey” on Flickr.com. It’s really awesome to have the opportunity to view some incredible photos, and share them.  The diversity of the photography on there is awesome, and it’s just really cool to see all the different landscapes, nature, people, objects, and everything people can think to photograph.

I just find this photo incredible. The light rays, colors, and lines draw you in… you feel like part of the picture. It’s a unique shot, and definitely a fave.
