So today is my first day with this photography blog. I have not done much with my camera today, but I did work on some personal pictures. Photography is great, I love it! Being able to capture a moment in time is amazing when you really think about it. A picture really is worth a thousand words.

I found this quote about photography today that I really liked:

Photographers should always be practicing, no matter their level in my opinion. When I first began taking picture I was frustrated with the way my pictures would turn out. I still do get frustrated sometimes, but I have learned that practice makes perfect. I have had to learn to be patient with myself and to realize that I will get better with time and practice. I need to constantly be learning and practicing my photography skills so that I can capture even greater beauty for others to see.
