Z650

The camera I own now is a simple digital camera. A Kodak Easyshare Z650. So it’s not a professional camera but it gets the job done. It’s a good little camera however and takes very nice pictures. It really just goes to show you that you don’t have to have a super duper professional camera to get great quality pictures. My digital camera is what I like to call my practic camera until I can save up enough cash and experience to get a serious digital camera. It’s quite small too so I can take it anywhere without having to drag along alot of extra equipment and I can also take shots with one hand. My camera also has lense changing capabilities, so I can buy extra lenses if I wanted to…and…I do. The SCHNEIDER-KREUZNACH XENAR 0.7X Wide-Angle Lens, 55 mm is one that I am looking into at the moment. There are other lenses I can buy as well.

I didn’t take any pictures with my camera today, or edit any of my previous pictures. I will work on some tomorrow though.

Rainbow

Today I edited a photo that I had taken of a rainbow. I did not change the photo itself, I just resized it, added words and effects only to the words. That is it…the photograph is still the same, no enhancing or changing was done to the photo. I took the picture as a fly by from inside the car. I don’t suggest doing that because the photograph doesn’t come out very clear. However, being an action shot and through the window did make it unique. It’s almost as if the window was it’s own filter or lense. Very cool in my opinion…what do you guys think?
